📉 Per-model discounts
Your settlement discount is set by the platform per account and per model, based on each vendor's official list price — discounts can differ between agents, and the figure shown on the Agents page in your console is authoritative. On that page you can set a separate per-model discount for each of your customers yourself: a customer discount may not be lower than your own discount, and may not exceed list price (the platform does not resell at a premium). The final prices you charge your customers are up to you.
🔑 Independent customer Key management
A separate Key and spending limit for every customer — top up, freeze, unfreeze or delete permanently at any time.
📊 Usage reporting
Token and error statistics by model and Key, with a server-side API so your customers can see their own usage inside your product.
🤝 Priority support
A dedicated channel for onboarding, limits and escalated incident handling.
How to get started
- 1 · Apply. Tell our in-site AI support or email official@shinloo.com about your project, your website or sales channel, and your expected monthly usage. Reviewed manually.
- 2 · Get set up. Once approved, your agent discount is enabled; the platform sets discounts per account and per model.
- 3 · Create Keys. Create customer Keys in the console, set limits and hand them to your customers.
- 4 · Track. Monitor the balance and each Key's usage, and top up whenever your business grows.
Your responsibilities
Agents operate independently under their own product and are responsible for:
- Your website, brand, customer registration and account recovery.
- Retail pricing, invoicing, tax, refunds and payment disputes.
- Customer support, onboarding documentation and abuse handling.
- Safekeeping of customer Keys and management keys (server-side use only).
- Monitoring the balance, and never selling beyond the funds you have.
- Telling your customers clearly that your product is independently operated and is not the official service of any model vendor.
Program terms
- ShinLinkAI may approve, refuse, suspend or remove agent status at any time, including for abuse, payment problems or a breach of these terms.
- If upstream costs change, the platform may adjust your account discount, with advance notice.
- Income is not guaranteed — this is business infrastructure, not passive income.
- VAT invoices are available for enterprise customers and for agents' own usage (issued for the actual amount spent, with the title matching the verified account holder); agents are responsible for their own invoicing to end customers.
- Rewards, rebates and special pricing are announced per campaign and may change.
- Agents must not describe the Service as the official product of any model vendor.
Another option: our Referral program sends a reward worth 10% of a new customer's first top-up — no application needed, and it works alongside an agent account.
