Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the ShinLinkAI API gateway ("the Service", an independently operated software service).
1 · Nature of the service
The Service routes requests to third-party model vendors over compatible API formats. ShinLinkAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any model vendor; model names describe API compatibility only.
2 · Accounts and keys
You must keep your API Keys secret and are responsible for all activity under your account. Abuse or breach of these terms may result in Keys being revoked at any time.
3 · Credit
Purchased credit is non-refundable except where the law requires, never expires, and is consumed at the published per-model rates. Usage is metered in tokens.
Enterprise customers can request a VAT invoice: issued for the actual amount spent; the invoice title must match the verified account holder, unused top-up balance cannot be invoiced, and invoice requests submitted through support are normally issued within 7 business days. Amounts already invoiced are not invoiced twice.
4 · Acceptable use
You must not resell access without authorization, probe or interfere with the gateway, use it for unlawful content, or present the Service as the official product of any model vendor. Abusive accounts will be suspended.
5 · Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Upstream vendors may be interrupted; we do not warrant availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
7 · Resale and agents
Reselling access requires our prior approval and an agent status. Approved agents operate independently under their own product and are solely responsible for pricing, support, invoicing, tax, refunds, abuse handling and compliance for their customers, and must not describe the Service as the official product of any model vendor. ShinLinkAI may approve, refuse, suspend or remove agent status at any time.
8 · Platform rights
Where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, self-referral, payment reversal or a breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate any account or key and withhold referral rewards. Referral rewards are a program benefit, not a contractual right, and program terms may change.
9 · AI-generated content
The Service includes features that generate or synthesise content with artificial intelligence (text, images, video, audio, digital-human avatars and short-film composition; the "generative features"). This section applies when you use them (added 2026-10-05).
Labelling. As required by the Measures for Labelling AI-Generated Synthetic Content and mandatory standard GB 45438-2025, we add explicit labels (visible in images, video, audio and the interface) and implicit labels (metadata recording the synthetic property, the service provider name or code, and a content ID). Files you download, copy or export contain compliant labels. You must not remove, alter, forge or conceal these labels, nor provide tools or services to others to do so.
Your responsibilities. Before using another person's likeness or voice (generation, replacement or cloning), you must obtain that person's separate consent and keep evidence of it. You must not use the generative features for unlawful content, impersonation or fabricated identities, false advertising, or infringement of others' rights. If you publish generated content externally — including micro-dramas and web animation — or post it to third-party platforms, you are responsible for any required filing, review and AI labelling.
Ownership and disclaimer. Subject to these terms, you assert the rights in your generated content and bear responsibility for it; we do not warrant that it is free of third-party rights. Generated content is produced by AI, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
Enforcement. If you breach this section we may warn you, restrict or stop the relevant features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve records and report to regulators as required by law.
6 · Changes
We may update these terms; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Effective 2026-09-09.
