  1. Log in to the console (register first if you have no account; new users get ¥10 in trial credit)
  2. Choose a top-up amount and place the order, then scan and pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay
  3. The balance is credited automatically after payment; no need to send the order number to support

Payment FAQ

After payment it is usually credited within a minute, and in most cases within seconds. If it has not arrived after 10 minutes, send the order number from the Orders page in the console to support and we will check it manually and credit the balance.
Both WeChat Pay and Alipay support QR payment, and both accept payment from a linked bank card — no overseas credit card needed.
Enterprise customers can request a VAT invoice (general or special),for the actual amount spent, and the invoice title must match the verified entity. Send the title, tax ID and invoice amount to support@shinloo.com or the on-site AI support and it will be issued within 7 business days. Unused top-up balance cannot be invoiced.

Online payments are credited automatically, normally within a minute. If it has not arrived after 10 minutes, copy the order number from the Orders page in the console and send it to the on-site AI support or email support@shinloo.com, and we will check it manually and credit the balance right away. Enterprise customers who need an invoice should send the title and tax ID to support@shinloo.com.
